By donating to CNWL you will be helping to enhance the patient experience. This means making the people we help feel as welcome and at ease as possible.
The charity funds lots of the things that help to make this happen. Whether it is creating a calming environment through spaces like the garden on Shannon ward or building support networks via our social events like More than just Choir, our charity knows these ‘important extras’ have a big impact on people’s lives.
As well focussing on patients we also help our staff. We know that working in the NHS is very rewarding, but it can also be stressful. We support our doctors and nurse by paying for things like comfortable rest spaces so that they can unwind after a challenging shift.
